Responding to a fan’s comment on social media, Arfaoui replied that, “Don’t involve me in football matters. I am not a manager, and I have respect for people. Stop spreading lies about me. I am a wife, and that’s it. Please refrain from making baseless assumptions and spreading misinformation.”
Arfaoui, a renowned TV presenter and actress, has made it clear that she is not related to Gundogan’s professional career. Meanwhile, the German midfielder is expected to make a significant impact at Barcelona under the guidance of manager Xavi. The Catalan club sought to strengthen their midfield following Sergio Busquets’ leaving the club.
Gundogan enjoyed a remarkable career at Manchester City, scoring an impressive record of 60 goals and 40 assists in 304 appearances for the club. His contribution was immense in the team’s recent European treble winning season.
